Compliance
We publish our compliance position, clause by clause.
Compliance is never one blanket claim — it is a list of specific requirements, each either handled, in development, or not built yet. chum states which is which for every clause, and updates it after each release.
Our tier system
- 01
Traced to an audit, not to marketing
Every claim on a province page traces to a status in our internal compliance audit. If it can’t, it doesn’t go on the page.
- 02
Three honest states, never one
Live today, committed before the deadline, or on the roadmap. Claims move tiers as the product moves — they don’t sit still.
- 03
The human step stays visible
Where a person still has to confirm, sign or submit something, we say so. Software can prompt and prove; it can’t sign for your staff.
By jurisdiction
One page per province, added as each standard is reviewed.
Personal Care Home Operational Standards

Each jurisdiction gets its own page in this same clause-by-clause format once we’ve reviewed its standards against the product. Operating elsewhere? Tell us which standard you’re held to and we’ll start there.
